Happy 3rd Birthday Emilia!

We thought the day would NEVER come :) Emi is such a joyful child --- very fun-loving and always talking or singing…
Working hard to show #3 on her hand
Posing with the donuts she took to summer camp today to share with her class
Making a wish… both sets of grandparents FaceTimed in for the party, as usual :)

 Louisa asking "where's the cake?"
Cora EAGERLY helping Emi open all her gifts

Hopping right on her princess bicycle
Of course Louisa loved the cake…
Giving bike a try inside with Cinderella up front

Boat Time

This is the most time we've spent on the boat during a visit and it was WONDERFUL!

Pool Time

Pretty much the rest of the week was spent in the pool or on the boat…

Thanks again to Nana and Duke, we were able to do man-on-man rather than zone defense in the pool… and were able to work on Cora and Emi's swimming skills. No floatation devices were ever used in the many hours spent here, woo-hoo!

Happy Birthday, Greg!

Another birthday spent at Nana and Duke's...

Cora and Emi helped decorate the cake --- Cora wrote "daddy" in icing and Emi added the blue sprinkles to the star!

 PBR me ASAP
Braves vs. Red Sox… went with friends Kristin and Ryan, another tradition we've done three years in a row… thanks for babysitting, Nana and Duke!

Memorial Day

It's our 3rd annual Gainesville Memorial Day Parade! This year's weather was the best, by far, and we all got seats in the shade :)

 Dig our boots?

Our second annual visit to Amicalola Falls

When Cora requested that we climb the water fall again this year, Duke was thrilled...
Looking up from the bottom of falls
A peek down the stairs (600 in all) and Nana, Duke and Louisa
Cora and Meghan's selfie half-way up
The winner! For the second year in a row...

Greg and Louisa were a few minutes behind
Nana and Duke brought up the rear with Emi (who walked the entire way this year!)

Waiting for our chauffeurs home (we climbed up the falls, ate lunch and Greg and Duke descended to the car to come get us)
