Tom's Farm

It's such beautiful fall weather, we decided to go back to Tom's Farm for our pumpkins this year.
On the hayride out to pumpkin patch

 Ready, set, go!
Our choices… pretty over picked, but we still managed to get some unique ones!
Louisa picked a warty one herself, it's pretty cute!

Mobile Pumpkin Patch

The preschool hosted a "mobile pumpkin patch" today for the kiddos and they had a ball! I was only allowed to join Emi's party as Louisa's age group has too much separation anxiety to allow parents to join, boohoo.
We started hearing some stories about pumpkins

Cora's first field trip!

We went to Menagerie Farms, which is located right here in Collierville. Perfect fall day, cool but muddy from all the rain we've just had.
Yes! Got to ride a bus :)

A week of fall break...

Turned into "Camp Madea" as we watched some friends all week… a house of 5 age 5 and under was a bit chaotic! We did have fun...
Emi and Caleb at Kid Play
Louisa trying the bounce house with Allie and Emily (she never quite got it!)

Cora was supreme helper of the week!

Fun around Knoxville

It's just a quick weekend, but we managed to find some fun aside from the wedding...

Wedding weekend

This weekend my cousin Erin's daughter Sarah got married… Gee talk about feeling old!?! We're at the stage where it's no longer our friends getting married… it's their kids! We drove over to Knoxville for the wedding and met the rest of the family from Michigan and Pennsylvania there. The drive was beautiful -- fall is starting to show!
They got married at the Capitol Theater in Maryville -- super unique and super fun!
The ceremony took place on stage
The bouquet was made from brooches we family members sent her...
 The girls were dancing queens!
Too much fun! I think this was during the chicken dance chorus…

Another failure at a good family picture…
Good one of the "grown up" kids!
