Halloween

We had a great first Halloween in the USA! The weather wasn't TOO cold and we had enough support for Cora to trick-or-treat while Emilia helped pass out candy!

We had a WONDERFUL wedding weekend in Colbert, GA! Many thanks to Nana and Duke for keeping the girls so we could enjoy ourselves like kids again!

A morning on the "Enterprise"

We had a glorious morning on Nana and Duke's boat (and nearly had the lake to ourselves!)

Cora's the BEST bow dog a skipper could ask for...
Emilia's first boat ride (poor thing has no neck so she wasn't the most comfortable in her life jacket!)

There's a bunch of cute farms and cornmazes around here! We've visited a couple so far and have really enjoyed ourselves.

our visit to Georgia...

We've journeyed down to Georgia for a visit with Nana and Duke and to attend Erin's wedding. We arrived just in time to attend an early Halloween party that Nana and Duke's neighborhood was hosting. Emilia was a dog and Cora a cowgirl. We got to meet some neighbors and, most importantly, spend some excess energy acquired while flying!

(we wish we knew how to upload some "House of Pain" to narrate these shots!)
Yes, Cora has already asked for a playhouse for Christmas...
and all Emilia needs is a warm shoulder

MEANWHILE, back at Nana and Duke's house...

Nana and Duke bought their first Mercedes! Unfortunately only the grandchildren and pets fit inside :)
Cora's headed for some paint cans here, going RATHER fast
She's more comfortable steering the golfcart for now...
